JOB TITLE
Circuit Design Engineer

DUTIES
Direct layout technicians to implement circuits; implement and support design methodologies for new Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools and technologies; provide leadership to less experienced Engineers on the same design team in design, simulation, and verification techniques; provide guidance to layout technicians regarding structures which are space efficient, improve manufacturability, and minimize sensitivity to Electro Static Discharge (ESD); manage development schedule for a family of Input/Output (IO) cells; regularly report development progress and measurements against development plan; and design CMOS (complimentary metal oxide semiconductor) I/O cells for a variety of industry standards.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years design experience

ASIC Design Engineer

DUTIES
Implement integrated circuits per specified requirements based upon standard cell design methodologies, participating in several phases of IC development – RTL design, verification, synthesis, design-for-test, static timing analysis, Boolean equivalence, and timing closure. Implement and support design methodologies for new Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools and technologies. The ideal candidate will have completed several successful multi-million gate ASIC designs in deep sub-micron technologies.

Verification Engineer

DUTIES
Verify integrated circuits per specified requirements in today’s leading verification technologies (i.e. SystemVerilog). Develop verification infrastructure, randomized and directed tests, coverage classes and reports in support of digital macro and ASIC developments. The ideal candidate will have completed several successful verification efforts with very high effective coverage.
