Providing the highest quality benefits is always top of mind, so it is important to us to provide an outstanding benefits package to our employees.

Depending on the employment category and the number of hours worked per week, employees may be eligible for all or some of our company benefits.


ASIC North contributes a generous 10% of eligible earnings (3% Safe Harbor and 7% Profit-Sharing) per pay period to employees’ self-managed 401k accounts. No match is required.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

PTO time is based on total industry years of experience and provides up to 30 days of paid time off annually to help manage work/life.

We offer a choice of two medical plans to meet the needs of our employees and their families at a small employee premium cost sharing. The High Deductible Health Plan option also comes with a $1,000 (employee only) or $2,000 (2 person/family) employer annual Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

We also offer eligible employees the opportunity to participate in a medical and/or dependent care FSA.


ASIC North pays 100% of the premium for eligible employees and their dependents, with a plan that exceeds typical coverage levels.


Quality vision coverage is provided to employees at no cost, and dependent coverage is offered at a small premium to employees.


Basic life coverage of up to $50,000 is 100% paid by ASIC North for eligible employees.

Voluntary Life

Eligible employees can purchase additional life insurance, as well as spousal or dependent life via payroll deductions.

Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD)

STD and LTD coverage is 100% paid by ASIC North for eligible employees.
